I love living by the ocean, spending time outside in my little backyard paradise when the weather is good, great friends and family, writing and trying new things.

Since being diagnosed with cancer and exposing the raw and often difficult emotions of going through this, my life has changed in many positive ways. It is hard to believe that it's possible but so many blessing have come into my life. My column is now nationally syndicated through Gatehouse Media. People tell me that I'm inspiring them to live better and that is incredible. I cherish the people who have supported me from the beginning and all the new people that I've met through writing the column. They give their love and encouragement so freely that I'm comforted to have them next to me on this journey. And I'm more in love than ever with my daughter and grandchildren whose love, support and antics keep me going.... and make for some interesting writing. [Read More …]
